Order Delivery Policy
We only service orders within our delivery areas. Delivery area list can change with time permanently or temporarily based on weather or other foreseen incidents. Orders outside the delivery areas may either be rejected or delivered through 3rd party.
Once the order is confirmed by the guest (through phone in case of COD or online payment) the delivery time includes order preparation and delivery time included. Please see the order is delivered as soon as possible (ASAP).
Wrong orders include Missing Items or Defective Goods and may be reported to our staff.
Pickup time is mentioned on the confirmation email and the business may not be responsible for the quality of Good in case of any unreasonable delays.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an Order
It is encouraged to contact us immediately for the cancellation of order.
Anytime before the preparation of the order has started, you have the right to cancel your order. In case of a successful cancellation, refunds will be catered as follows:
Online Payment Orders
Your amount will be held with us for any future transaction and will be adjusted accordingly.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
Cancelling an order with the delivery on your doorstep is unacceptable and may result in suspension/blockage of your account for future orders. In order to avoid such inconvenience, customers should reach us to cancel orders well beforehand with a genuine reason.
What do We Collect?
1.Any personal Data like Name, Email, Phone or Address you submit will be retained by THE BURGER CART for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the App/Website. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to 5 years.
2.Unless we are obligated or permitted by law to do so, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This does not include our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.
